Abstract
Dynamic load is one of the important factors affecting the stability and durability of car parts. In addition, dynamic loading also has a profound effect on street configuration connectivity. When dynamic load exceeds the defined threshold, it can cause severe damage and significant damage to traffic infrastructure. In this article, the author presents the results of research on the influence of suspension stiffness using 60Si2 CrA nano-elastic steel on the load of three-axle trucks when moving on fast sloping roads according to ISO 8608:2016. The purpose of this study is to build and simulate a mechanical model of a three axle truck to check the load behavior on the vehicle when using the suspension design material of 60Si2 CrA nano-rebound steel. The model is simulated using Matlab/Simulink software to evaluate the change in living load and its effect on the vehicle frame when changing the stiffness of the system suspension. Furthermore, the model is still used to investigate dynamic acoustics and analyze the vehicle’s endurance configuration.
